3. Booking and Payment

- Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, email, or our website
- All bookings require confirmation from Kamareka Tour
- A valid booking confirmation must be received before services commence
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion
3.2 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods
- Prices are quoted in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
- Additional costs (entrance fees, meals) may apply unless specified as included
- Price confirmations are valid for 7 days from quote date
3.3 Group Bookings
- Group sizes must be confirmed at time of booking
- Additional passengers may incur extra charges
- Vehicle upgrades may be required for larger groups
- Group leader is responsible for all participants
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Customer Cancellations
- 24+ hours before tour: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- 12-24 hours before tour: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: No refund
- No-show: No refund
4.2 Weather Cancellations
- Tours may be cancelled due to severe weather conditions
- Full refund or rescheduling options will be provided
- Safety decisions are final and non-negotiable
- Alternative activities may be offered when possible
4.3 Operator Cancellations
- Full refund if we cancel your tour
- Alternative tour options may be offered
- We are not liable for consequential expenses
5. Responsibilities

- Maintain vehicle insurance and safety standards
- Deliver services as described in booking confirmation

- Provide accurate information during booking
- Arrive on time at designated pickup locations
- Follow guide instructions and safety guidelines
- Respect local customs, culture, and environment
- Ensure you have appropriate travel insurance
- Inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements
- Carry required identification and travel documents
6. Safety and Liability

- All vehicles are regularly maintained and insured
- Drivers are licensed and experienced professionals
- Safety equipment is provided where required
- First aid kits are available in all vehicles
- Emergency contact procedures are established
6.2 Limitation of Liability
Kamareka Tour's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, or death
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Delays or changes due to circumstances beyond our control
- Actions of third-party service providers
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
- Consequential or indirect damages

We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

- Children under 12 must be accompanied by adults
